Medium body, well rounded, intense plum and mineral aromas.
Ageing Potential: 
This wine is drinking perfectly now but will improve with further bottle ageing from vintages of five to eight years.
Background: 

The left bank of the Gironde that flows through France’s greatest wine region, Bordeaux, is home to the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, now grown the world over. This excellent grape varietal excels here and supported by Merlot, underpins the great clarets of the region. Left Bank is made by the Vignobles Ducourt, one of the finest producers in Bordeaux and it expresses all the wonderful characteristics of this classic Old World region.

Food Match: 
This wine is the perfect partner for grilled or roast, especially beef or pork.
