MV Signature Reserve

Brilliant deep violet hues.
Seductive aromas of rich black fruit and sweet spices with mulberry undertones.
Beautifully balanced with velvety tannins and a rich dark chocolate finish.
Ageing Potential: 
After vinification it is aged for approximately 14 months in new French oak barrels then brought together with a small amount of the same wine held un-oaked.

Cold pre-frementation maceration at 10°C for 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 12 days with controlled temperatures between 27º-30ºC. Daily remontage and post-fermentation maceration for 20 days.
