Background: 

Grapes are crushed and must left on the skin for 4-8 days in order to extract the perfect color. The must is then placed in special vats where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 25°-30° resulting in a fresh, juicy, light red wine.

Food Match: 
Ideal with lamb, casseroles, babeques and other meat dishes. It also matches chocolates desserts.
